Link a position to your ATS

How to link a position to your ATS

You can link a position to your ATS if you are on a pricing package where ATS is available.
 

For a person you have started a conversation on cord with to be transferred to your ATS (either automatically or manually), the position has to be linked to its counterpart in your ATS.

 

How to link a position to your ATS?

1. Go to the position you want to link and click on Edit Position in the top right corner.

2. Scroll down to the Link your ATS position section and open the drop-down menu. Here you can choose the position you want to connect.

Note that you will have to have your ATS connected first in order to be able to link positions.

If you can't see the position you are trying to link on the list, it might be that you do not have access to it in your ATS. Check first if you are added to the role in the ATS and that you have sufficient permissions for it.
 

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and save the changes.

 

And that's it! Once a message request is accepted from either side and you start a conversation with an engineer on cord, their profile will automatically be transferred to the correct pipeline in your ATS (if you have the automatic transferring turned on) or you can transfer them manually with the same result.
