How can I buy cord annually?

There are two ways to buy cord annually, to suit different companies’ needs.

1. 25% Discount, pay upfront via invoice

Offers a larger discount and allows you to pay upfront by invoice.

2. 12.5% discount, pay monthly on card

Offers a discount for committing to 12 months, and allows you to protect your cash flow by paying monthly on card.

cord’s social media audience is made up of thousands of relevant and highly engaged candidates. The Marketing Partnership will enable your company to feature regularly in cord’s social posts to get visibility and improve your company's ability to attract great people.

The Marketing Partnership enables you to work closely with our marketing team, and includes:

Company Spotlight Feature

Once you sign up for your annual package, we will highlight your company in a stand-alone post. This will highlight your company, current positions, users, and cord statistics. Here is an example of a similar post.

Quarterly Posts

We will guarantee to include your company in at least one group post per quarter, which will be linked to your own profile. Here is an example of the posts you could be expected to be included in.

Ad-hoc Posts

You’ll partner with our marketing team, so if you have news you want to get visibility to cord’s audience (eg recently received funding) or are outperforming other companies on cord (eg high response rates) we’ll prioritise sharing this information over other companies on cord.

Company Stories

You will also have the opportunity to record a Customer Story, which will give you a chance to talk about your brand and hiring activity. This will be permanently displayed on our website and shared on our social pages, linked to your own social page.

Keep flexibility with Account Pause

For some companies, hiring can be unpredictable, and there may have a period during your 12-month commitment where you aren’t hiring actively. Account Pause gives companies the flexibility to pause your account for up to 2 months.

Account pause is available once during your annual cycle for up to 2 months. Once activated, cord will extend the length of your annual contract by the time your account is paused for.

For example, you started a new annual package on February 1st, which expires January 31st. You then choose to pause your subscription for 2 months June 1st - July 31st, your new end-date for your contract will be March 31st. You only pay for the 12 months of using cord, but the contract is spread across 14 months instead.

Get deeper insights with Enhanced Analytics

Enhanced analytics allow you to get a deeper insight into your cord usage to help you optimise performance and achieve your goals. This is made up of Diversity Analytics, and Quarterly Analytics with your CSM.

Diversity Analytics

You will receive access to advanced Diversity Analytics within the product to boost your own DE&I strategy. You’ll get access to the ethnic and gender breakdown of your sourcing and hiring.

Quarterly Account Analytics

Your CSM will provide you with quarterly account analytics on your activity and results across your team and positions to help you get better results, faster. The analytics will come with actionable recommendations and benchmarking against similar companies on cord.

Improve results with a Dedicated Customer Success Manager

Annual subscriptions include a dedicated CSM for the entire 12 months (as opposed to just the first month available to monthly-commitment customers). This includes quarterly meetings, where your CSM will deep dive into your account analytics & usage to identify areas that will increase your conversion of great candidates.
