You can reach out to people on cord using different outreach templates which you can create and save in your account. This will allow you to contact more people while maintaining a high quality of the messages and their personalised nature.
How to set up an outreach template
All templates can be found when you go to Message Templates from the drop down menu in your account and then to the Outreach section.
When you click on '+ Add template' in the top right corner, you will be able to configure a new template. Type in your message and add the variables, which will get filled out with the correct information based on your and the person’s profile.
If you have your Google or Outlook calendar integrated with your cord account, you can add one of the calendar events to allow people to book an interview slot straight from your outreach message.
You may also schedule an automatic follow-up to be sent if the person doesn't respond to your message request. All you need to do is write your follow up message and choose how long after the first message you want it to be sent.
After you set up your template, when you decide to message a person you see in your stream, you can choose the outreach template you want to use from the drop down menu.
