How to report and block users via the messaging interface
Reporting
Anyone can report a conversation in the messaging interface (via More Settings > Report/Block).
We ask that you provide a reason for the report and some extra information to help us understand why you are submitting the report so that we can take the right actions.
The person you reported will not know that you reported them. Our team will investigate the report and take the appropriate action which may include suspending or removing the user from cord. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of the report and any actions we take.
Blocking
If you would like to take immediate action, you can also block the person you’re messaging. This will mean you can no longer message each other, and they’ll no longer be able to find your company’s positions on cord via search. The person you block will be able to see that you have blocked them, but they will not be provided with a reason.
