Remote-first companies

Companies can now define themselves as "remote-first" and give people looking for work on cord more information about how the remote culture operates. This will appear on your company page.

 
 

Remote preferences

You're now able to tell remote candidates if you require them to be in the office with any frequency. This should reduce the instances of ambiguity causing bad conversations.

 
 

Timezones & Locations

Companies are now able to define what countries or continents they can hire remote people from. They can also add the timezones in which they typically work. People on cord will also be able to tell you the timezones they're willing to work.

 

Visa Sponsorship

We've enhanced the granularity of our visa options so companies can now specify which types of residents they can offer visa sponsorship to.
