Visa Status Updates
Following the UK's break from Europe, we are aware that some companies on cord are now considering sponsoring non-UK candidates. However there are still a large percentage that will not. As such, we've made it simple for you to filter based on UK visa status:
You can now use the "Visa Status" filter in your streams to exclude non-UK candidates if you are unable to sponsor visas.
How it works:
All candidates are now asked the following question when requesting access to cord:You can view their UK visa status the expanded version of their profile:
Visa status will show as one of the following:
- "No visa required" (UK permanent resident or settled status),
- "Visa required (EU Resident)",
- "Visa Required (Non-EU Resident)"
You can filter your Streams by UK Visa Status:
If you are unable to sponsor EU or Non-EU candidates, we would encourage you to select the "No visa required" checkbox in your Streams
Finally, we are aware that this is an evolving situation and companies are working out how they will continue to hire post-Brexit. We'd love to hear from you to help us guide how we develop this further.
