New Release: Respond to people who have declined your message

We had feedback from our company users that sometimes Engineers would decline messages because of a misunderstanding. (i.e. They have said that the salary was too low, even though you are able to pay their expectation). In these instances, you previously weren't able to respond - and this was kind of frustrating.

With the new release, if an Engineer declines your message, you can now send one further message to them to clarify anything extra. It's then up to them if they want to re-open the thread.

We chose to only allow one further response as we wanted to respect the Engineers right to close the conversation, whilst giving you the opportunity to clarify any misunderstanding from the original message.

We've mirrored this change on the Engineer side of cord too. So if you decline an Engineer who sends a request about one of your positions, they also have the opportunity to send one message back. It's then up to you if you wish to re-open the conversation thread or keep it closed.
