New Release: Responsiveness Transparency
Complete transparency from companies to candidates on the % chance of getting a response to an incoming request
To help candidates find companies, positions and hiring managers who are actively and regularly responding to incoming message requests from candidates, we have changed the way we present an employer's responsiveness.
"Responsiveness" is now measured as the percentage of requests you have responded to in the last 30 days. Previously, we measured an employer's responsiveness to candidates over an account’s lifetime. The new way is easier for companies to control and provides a truer representation of the current state of cord to candidates.
It is now presented in the product to prospective candidates as below. Companies who respond to 100% of message requests will be more likely to receive more requests.
