Enhancement: Tagging Update
We've made changes to Seniority, Job Title, Job Type and Skills tagging to allow your searches to find more relevant results. We've mapped any effected tags to new ones, and you can add these to your profile or search with them too. Here are the changes:
Seniority Tags
To enable company and candidate users to clearly distinguish the types of positions and people they're looking for, we've created new seniorities:
- Entry (Graduate / just starting out)
- Junior (1-2 years experience)
- Mid (Mid-Level)
- Senior (Highly proficient, not managing)
- Lead (High proficient, some managing)
- Leadership (Heads of, Managerial & C-Level)
You can now choose up to 3 adjacent tags depending on what you're looking for.
Position Types & Titles
We've restructured types & titles so you can find what you're looking for easily. You can see them in the drop-downs below:
